This is not a meeting where you find out what I can do for you. You’ll receive practical advice on your specific challenges that you can use right away. Even if it’s a free session, you’ll get the same value as in a paid session.

The sessions can be in English or Romanian language.

After this free session, if it feels right, we can keep advancing together through REGULAR 1:1 ONLINE CONSULTING SESSIONS.

We’ll work out a schedule that fits with your needs. It could be, for example, weekly online consulting sessions over a three-month period or for a longer duration.

The online programs and services that I offer are a result of my passion for the human resources domain.

I have had this passion since college, when I took a Human Resources Management course at the Faculty of Sociology. Since then, I have worked in this field, developing my abilities and competencies. Now, with over 17 years of experience, I intend to keep moving forward.
