We collect personal and non-personal data when you visit our website, use our contact forms, in the process of providing a service, or for WP Statistics – such as IP address and location.

When you use our website we may collect personal data such as: first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number and any other information you provide to us, for example using the contact forms or answer to a survey.

Also, we collect business contact information such as phone number, e-mail address provided to us by or on behalf of our users or customers.
We may collect non-personal data, using tools to collect data automatically when you visit our website, including data like: the page visited, time and date of visit.

We keep contact form entries for one year. If you are our customer we will process your data during the contractual relations and subsequently, according to law requirements.
Your personal data will be securely deleted once the information collected is no longer needed, the retention period has expired or when you request us to no longer process your personal data.
The personal data are stored in electronical format on our electronic equipment.

We use web hosting and website tools of third parties providers. In connection with providing those services and tools, they may have access to Personal Data and use them according to their privacy policies.

Comments
When visitors leave comments on the website we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

We store visitors’ IP addresses in a way that may allow them to be identifiable. Specifically:

Subscription forms
If you submit a subscription form on our site you will be opting in for us to save your name, email address and other relevant information.
These subscriptions are used to notify you about related content, discounts & other special offers.
You can opt our or unsubscribe at any time in the future by clicking link in the bottom of any email.

Analytics
How long we retain your data
Subscriber information is retained in the local database indefinitely for analytic tracking purposes and for future export.
Data will be exported or removed upon users request via the existing Exporter or Eraser.
If syncing data to a 3rd party service (for example Mailchimp), data is retained there until unsubscribed or deleted.
Where we send your data
Popup Maker does not send any user data outside of your site by default.
If you have extended our subscription forms to send data to a 3rd party service such as Mailchimp, user info may be passed to these external services. These services may be located abroad.
